VibeNC Nights (https://vibenc.online) operates an experience curation and booking technology platform connecting guests and corporate teams with independent North Carolina charter captains, boutique hotels, spas, vineyards, and culinary venues (“Merchant Partners”). Each Merchant Partner is an independent operator solely responsible for delivering its respective hospitality, maritime, or dining service in compliance with state, county, and U.S. Coast Guard regulations.
2. Transparent Pricing & 90/10 Direct Merchant Split
Displayed checkout totals include the experience base rate, white-glove concierge coordination fee, selected VIP add-ons, and applicable North Carolina state/county occupancy and sales taxes. Upon settlement via Stripe Checkout, 90% of the net package value is routed to the fulfilling local NC Merchant Partners and 10% is retained by VibeNC Nights for itinerary orchestration, software, and concierge support.
3. Group Split-Pay Vaults & 48-Hour Concierge Holds
- Group Split-Pay: When an organizer opens a Group Split-Pay Vault, inventory is held for 48 hours while co-contributors settle their individual shares. Master QR Guest Passes unlock automatically once 100% of shares are settled. If a group vault is cancelled prior to fulfillment, settled contributor shares are refunded back to each contributor's original payment method.
- 48-Hour Concierge Invoice Holds: Guests selecting a Concierge Reservation Hold receive human availability verification and a direct Stripe invoice link valid for 48 hours before inventory is released back to the public calendar.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Weather Failover
- 7+ Days Prior to Experience: Full 100% refund to original payment method or complimentary date transfer.
- 72 Hours to 7 Days Prior: 100% VibeNC Nights concierge credit valid for 12 months across any Wilmington, Outer Banks, Raleigh, or Asheville experience.
- Within 72 Hours: Because private vessels, spa suites, and chef tastings procure perishable provisions in advance, cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable except under our Weather Failover Guarantee.
- Weather Failover Guarantee: If severe weather, Small Craft Advisories, or unsafe mountain road conditions prevent an outdoor activity, our Concierge Desk activates a curated indoor luxury alternative (such as a private sommelier tasting or hydrotherapy session) or refunds the impacted segment in full.
5. Maritime, Venue & Dietary Safety
Guests agree to abide by all safety briefings issued by licensed USCG captains, spa directors, and hospitality hosts. Alcohol service is restricted to guests aged 21+ with valid government photo ID. Please disclose all food allergies and mobility requirements during checkout so our partner chefs and captains can prepare safely.

Instant quotes generated at /corporate/quote carry a 14-day rate lock estimate subject to final venue block confirmation and executed corporate event addendum.
7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeNC Nights' aggregate liability arising out of any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by the guest for the applicable reservation. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, with exclusive venue in New Hanover County, North Carolina.
