1. Information We Collect
When you browse packages, generate an AI Concierge itinerary, join our VIP waitlist, submit a corporate retreat inquiry, or apply as a North Carolina merchant partner on VibeNC Nights (https://vibenc.online), we collect only the information necessary to fulfill your request:
- Guest & Reservation Data: Name, email address, mobile phone number (for day-of marina/venue updates and weather failover notifications), party size, preferred dates, and dietary or accessibility notes.
- Group Split-Pay Contributors: Co-contributor names, optional email addresses, and individual share settlement timestamps.
- Corporate & Merchant Onboarding Data: Company or business name, business category, North Carolina hub location, website URL, and Stripe Connect Express account identifiers.
2. Zero Card Storage & Stripe PCI-DSS Level 1 Security
All guest payments, group split-pay shares, and 90% direct merchant payouts are processed by Stripe, Inc. using PCI-DSS Level 1 certified Hosted Checkout and Stripe Connect Express. VibeNC Nights never touches raw card numbers, CVV codes, or bank routing numbers; we store only tokenized Stripe session and transfer references required for receipts, refunds, and merchant accounting.
3. Sharing with Verified North Carolina Experience Hosts
We never sell or rent your personal information to data brokers. To fulfill your reservation, we share your booking name, party size, scheduled arrival window, and dietary/celebration notes strictly with the verified local NC charter captains, boutique innkeepers, and chefs assigned to your itinerary.
Database records are stored in encrypted PostgreSQL infrastructure (Supabase) protected by Row-Level Security (RLS) policies and strict input sanitization.
4. Concierge Communications & Unsubscribe Controls
Transactional emails (digital QR vouchers, 48-hour hold confirmations, weather failover alerts, and Stripe payout notices) are delivered via verified DKIM/SPF infrastructure. Marketing dispatches and seasonal North Carolina getaway drops are sent only when you opt in via our waitlist or concierge intake, and every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
6. Your Data Access, Correction & Deletion Rights
Regardless of your state of residence (including North Carolina, California CCPA/CPRA, Virginia, and EEA visitors), you may request a copy, correction, or permanent deletion of your personal profile and lead records at any time, subject only to statutory tax and financial transaction retention laws.
